We at BK Fitness Club© take your training seriously. Blast those legs and tone those arms! This 60 minute small group training class is split into 30 minutes of upper body and 30 minutes of lower body focused training. Tired of boring old machines? You will be challenged and enougraged in this total body toning class!

MONDAY:  GLUTES & ABS -  8:00pm

TUESDAY: UPPER BODY & CALISTHENICS – 8:00pm

WEDNESDAY: ARMS, ABS & ASSETS – 6:00pm

THURSDAY: SWEAT SHOP – 7:00pm

FRIDAY: ABS & CORE - 6:00PM

SATURDAY: RUNNING CLASS – 7:00AM  |  BODY SHAPER  (BOOTCAMP) – 11:00AM  | YOGA- 5:00pm

SUNDAY: YOGA - 5:00PM
